Shipping Policy
All miniCPAP.com orders will be processed on the next business day. Orders with prescription products will ship upon receipt of your CPAP prescription.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option, we will use either Australia Post or TNT Road Express to ship miniCPAP packages. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness.
For orders over $99, this service is free in Australia. For orders ranging from $0-$98.99, the fee is a flat rate of $25 in Australia.
Return Policy
If the product has a manufacturer defect, please contact our office support@minitravelcpap.comand we will send an RMA, if needed. Please note that the manufacturer will make all warranty decisions.
